William Russell has created two international health insurance plan plans. The Global Health portfolio offers two plan ranges with a wide-ranging choice of benefits, excess and payment options: Global Health Elite for comprehensive world-wide cover and Global Health Essential for must-have, value-for-money cover. Affordable family cover. Discounts of up to 50% when you insure more than one child.
Reduced premiums. Reduce your premium even further by increasing the excess you pay in respect of each claim.

24 hour multi-lingual Emergency Medical Assistance Help-line. Qualified medical professionals will assist you in an emergency.
No Medical Questions to apply for plan if age 54 or under. As a result, the plan does not cover pre-existing medical conditions as per the plan terms and conditions. Click HERE to apply online.
As of 2009, there is an underwritten plan that is available for William Russell health plans. Please contact us via info@tfgglobal.com and request forms for underwritten William Russell health plan. You have the piece of mind of knowing exactly what will be covered by your plan and it would be roughly 3% cheaper. Acceptance will be subject to approval by underwriting department. If you are age 55 to 64, you must apply for the Underwritten plan.

Global Health Elite
This plan offers comprehensive cover for a variety of program of benefits, taking care of all aspects of health care including cover for routine maternity care, dental treatment and regular preventive health screening. You can choose from four plans – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Our new top-of-the-range Platinum plan suits those who require top-level international cover with high-value benefit limits.

Your Global Health Elite premium will depend whether or not you require cover in the United States of America. Please note that William Russell cannot cover you if you actually live permanently in the USA.

Global Health Essential

If you’re working on a budget, but still want to ensure you have cover for all the important things, our surprisingly comprehensive Global Health Essential Care and Essential Care Plus plans take care of all the essential health care costs.

With Global Health Essential you’re covered for hospitalisation, out-patient treatment and emergency medical evacuation. Your premiums are kept to a minimum by excluding cover for the ‘extras’ such as alternative medicine, psychiatric care and maternity care.

The Global Health Essential plan will provide you with full cover in over 180 countries around the world. To keep your premiums to a minimum, William Russell have excluded some countries from cover and restricted certain other countries to accident and emergency cover only.

Excluded Countries for Essential Plan

No cover at all is provided in: The United States of America, Canada and the Caribbean.
Restricted Countries: Cover is restricted to accident and emergency treatment only in:
All EU countries, Andorra, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland. Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan. Please see plan terms and conditions for more details.
